Spicy Mangoritas for all the hot mamasitas! Roses are nice and all but margaritas is what she really wants! I am no mom but trust me on this one, you’ll score a few points!
Jalapeno Mangoritas FTW 🍹
Ingredients
- oz Tequila Blanco
- oz Cointreau or Triple Sec
- -oz Fresh Lime Juice (the juice of lime)
- oz mango juice
- Fresh mango, diced
- jalapenos, small (one for garnish)
- Tajin
- Limes for garnish
Directions
- Char jalapenos on the grill or skillet. Reserve for garnish and slice the other one removing the stem.
- Rim a glass with lime and dip in Tajin, set aside.
- In a shaker add a few slices of charred jalapeno and a few chunks of mango. Muddle well. Add in tequila, lime juice, mango juice, fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Pour into prepared glass filled with ice. Garnish with a skewer of mango dipped in Tajin, your second charred jalapeno and a wheel of lime. CHEERS!
