Using the same pan, sauté in olive oil: Diced onion, tomato, red pepper, minced garlic, and green onion. Soften the veggies for a few minutes and add canned beans (I used black beans but you can use pinto or whatever bean you like), add ground cumin, sazon (if available), chicken or beef stock, season with salt and pepper. Reduce for a few minutes and taste to adjust seasoning.
Tortilla: Cover it with aluminum foil and throw it in the oven next to the chorizo at 00F while you fry the egg(s).
