Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
Ingredients
- head of cauliflower
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup milk (I use almond but use what you have at hand)
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- tsp garlic powder
- tsp onion powder
- tsp cumin
- tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- cup red hot sauce such as Franks Hot Sauce
- tbsp butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 00F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease very well with oil. Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix flour, spices, water and milk in a medium mixing bowl. Coat the cauliflower in the batter and shake off excess batter before placing cauliflower on the baking sheet. Lay the cauliflower single layer and leave a little room in between each piece.
- Bake for 0 mins until you get some color, flipping the florets over halfway.
- In the meantime, work on the buffalo sauce – In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat and mix in the hot sauce. Stir and set aside.
- Remove cauliflower from the oven and put into a medium mixing bowl with the buffalo sauce and toss to coat evenly. Return cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake in the oven for another 0-minutes or until you reach desired crispness. Serve with your fave dipping sauce and ENJOY!
