Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Buffalo Cauli Wings!

– ok, maybe we don’t find these at a bar, but maybe we should! Just saying… These babies are baked, they are delicious and kinda healthy! Serve with ranch, blue cheese or your fave dipping sauce 😎

Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients

  • head of cauliflower
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup milk (I use almond but use what you have at hand)
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • tsp garlic powder
  • tsp onion powder
  • tsp cumin
  • tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • cup red hot sauce such as Franks Hot Sauce
  • tbsp butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 00F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease very well with oil. Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix flour, spices, water and milk in a medium mixing bowl. Coat the cauliflower in the batter and shake off excess batter before placing cauliflower on the baking sheet. Lay the cauliflower single layer and leave a little room in between each piece.
  3. Bake for 0 mins until you get some color, flipping the florets over halfway.
  4. In the meantime, work on the buffalo sauce – In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat and mix in the hot sauce. Stir and set aside.
  5. Remove cauliflower from the oven and put into a medium mixing bowl with the buffalo sauce and toss to coat evenly. Return cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake in the oven for another 0-minutes or until you reach desired crispness. Serve with your fave dipping sauce and ENJOY!
