Ingredients
- almojabanas (pan de bonos)
- /cups of milk
- /cup condensed milk
- cup guava paste, cubed.
- tsp vanilla extract
- Vanilla ice cream for serving (optional, but think about it)
Directions
- In a bowl mix milk, condensed milk and vanilla extract. Cube the almojabanas, add them to the mix, cover with plastic wrap and leave in fridge overnight.
- Preheat oven at 00F. Butter a baking dish and pour in half of the mix and add half of the cubed guava, dispersed throughout. Add the rest of the mix and guava.
- Set the oven at 00F and immediately put the baking dish in oven. Bake for 0 minutes. You can check if done by using a butter knife, if you poke the pudding and knife comes out clean, it’s done! Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of condensed milk, cuz we
